Mr. Kohl has been a builder and developer of commercial and residential real estate for over 45 years. He has served as a consultant to various banks, governmental agencies and the Bankruptcy Court for a multitude of workouts and restructurings. He has been awarded a lifetime directorship to the Board of the National Association of Home Builders. He has been active in the development of active adult communities, health care facilities, nursing homes and a variety of commercial and residential projects. Mr. Kohl was President and remains an Officer and Director of the Daughters of Miriam Center for the Aged, a skilled Nursing Facility located in Clifton, NJ. Mr. Kohl is also a member of the Senior Citizens Housing Council. He received a degree in Engineering from Cornell University and his Bachelor Degree in Science in Biochemistry from the College of the City of New York.
